People who don’t just want casual surface-level meetups, but a chosen family in vienna. If you’ve been craving deeper friendships, co-working buddies, creative connections, people to grow and elevate your life with and a space where you’re surrounded by people who actually get you.

It’s also important that you have a flexible schedule & preferably work remote (only needing your laptop or things you can move around with). Co-workings, movement classes + meetups will mostly be on normal weekdays during normal working hours. If you’re unsure whether your schedule fits this group, leave us an email or still send out your application and write it in there :) We’ll get back to you and might be able to make it work anyways.

This group was created by people in their early 20’s for people in their 20’s. But overall, the age range of people we accept is usually 18–35.

You have to be over the age of 18 to be a part of this group.

Yes. The idea is to build a consistent and dedicated group, so it works best if you’re here often enough to be involved in co-workings, activities and weekly & regular meetups.

If you’re self-employed or able to work remote and find yourself traveling a lot, but still mostly based in Vienna, still send us your application. It might still be possible for you to be a part of our group in some way. Please specify this in the application.

WEEKLY:

• 1-3x per week in-person co-working (weekdays)

• 1x per week Movement together (visiting a fun class together, trying out something new, run, dance, walk, hike,..)

• 1x per week fun group activity (karaoke, dinner night, movie night, visiting a fun event or hosting a game night, picnic etc.)

MONTHLY:

• 1x shared side-quest challenge (trying out a new hobby together, doing something that is out of our comfort zone + helps us grow or doing something silly and fun!)

• 1x Mastermind Session to help each other on issues we might face in our lives and personal + creative journeys

We charge a small monthly fee for organizational purposes, around 20-30€, which will probably increase slightly in the future when more members join!

This is intentional. Not to gatekeep or make huge amounts of profit from this, but to keep the energy committed. We’re not looking to make a huge financial profit through this community, but still allowing ourselves to get compensated for the hours of hard work and organization that go into keeping a group like this alive.

Activities, Co-Workings, Dinners and any other fees that arise during our meetups have to be paid individually by each guest, just like you normally would.

For example, if we have dinner nights people pay for the food they bring or cook, if we attend movement classes together everyone pre-books and pays for their ticket online, if we have dinners everyone pays for their own meals and if we do co-working sessions at specific spots we have to pay for, we split the costs.

It’s super simple: there’s an application form right here on the website. You fill it out honestly, tell us about yourself, your vibe and why you feel this group is a fit for you. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll reach out to set up a short video call or in-person vibe check so we can actually connect and get a feel if we’d be a good fit. Don’t worry, no pressure, no scary interview vibes, it’ll just be a conversation to see if the energy matches and so we can get to know you better.

Exclusivity isn’t about being fancy or cliquey, it’s about protecting the energy. We wanted this to feel like a chosen family and actual friend group, not a giant networking event where half the people disappear after one meetup.

Being vetted means: we care about who joins and we actually want to get to know everyone. Every person is interviewed so we know the group is aligned, respectful, kind, and committed. it’s not about what you’ve achieved or how successful you are, it’s about who you are and the energy you bring into the space.

This group is a safe space for people in it and we want it to feel warm, connecting and real.

If you’re not based in Vienna, don’t worry, we’ve built The Reconnect Club: worldwide for exactly that reason.

It’s our online community that was meant to serve as an ‘‘online world’’ built exactly like this club here. And the best part: you’ll still have the chance to come to our co-livings and in-person gatherings around the world.

So even if Vienna isn’t your home base, you can still be an active part of this global movement.

Many of our members are creatives, entrepreneurs, or soul-led professionals, but that’s NOT the requirement.

What matters is who you are as a person. If you’re someone who craves growth, values creativity, the themes mentioned in the description, loves new ideas, wants to surround yourself themselves with like-minded people and wants to create a new world together— then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

You don’t have to attend every single gathering to be a part of this community, but it is recommended and highly appreciated to be present and an active member of the community as much as possible. We take our time to invest into the friendships you can build in this group and the growth and magic that happens when we do.

Consistency and dedication matters, but there’s of course no “punishment” if you miss something.

If we notice that, without reason or communication, multiple weeks of non-attendance have gone by, we will reach out personally to check-in if you’re okay. If unresolved, we allow ourselves the right to give your space to someone else who wants it more.

Yep, but think of them more like “pillars” than strict rules. The basics are simple:

2. Keep the space safe, kind, and supportive.

3. No toxic competition, gossip, or drama

4. Show up authentically.

5. Confidentiality (projects, ideas and things shared within the group stay private)
